Been thinking about going, but it's three whole subway exits away...Is it really worth it?

I think it's worth it. There are a few rare things like old concept sketches for Darth Vader before they were sure what they wanted him to look like. Then there's the making of Jabba the Hut, how the waterfalls on one planet and lava on another were made, etc.
It's 12,000 won in total.

A ship, but since it looks a bit small by itself...

I stood next to it for size comparison. I'm 6'4" so it's quite the big model.

This one came out quite well.
