I was under the impression that schools usually interview potential candidates but I didn't know that recruiters do as well. I was just asked if I would be available for an interview with a recruiting company. This isn't a problem at all but what types of questions should I expect? Thank you. |

I did one and he was really quite helpful. He took notes on what types of jobs I was looking for and on what areas I'd prefer to live, as well as my relevant work history. I think it's really quite a good idea, since most recruiters will just spam you with lists of crap hogwans looking for another whitey and wanting to pay 2.0. |

It's really not going to be an interview per se. The recruiter is probably going to beg you to come. You're in control so ask lots and lots of questions about any offers that he may provide you. |

My interview with a recruiter, who I've since dropped, was really informal. She told me a lot about Korea and asked questions about what kind of job I was looking for. If your interview is anything like mine, you'll probably be asked if you want to work in a big or small city, if you're okay with teaching Kindergarden, and maybe about shared or private accomodation. You might want to do a bit of research beforehand about what you want, but don't get stressed out about it. Remember that the recruiter is working for you, not the other way around. |

Thank you... It shouldn't be too bad. I know what I want and what I'm looking for and I guess it could be good to actually speak with them and let them know exactly what I am looking for. Hopefully their English won't be too hard to understand. |
