| I can't figure out why the neighbors above me keep tossing their trash out so it lands in the alley right under my kitchen window. Is this a ploy to get the foreigner blamed for a nasty act or are they just that ignorant and filthy? It lands with an awful splat that makes me want to retcchhhh. Ask to move apartments or leave a note for them-waddya think? I'm sure what they're doing is illegal here in the country that separates trash so nicely. |

Just make sure you use the Joong ang Ilbo and not the Korea Times, otherwise they will know it was weyguk saram who did it. |

 just the image of J-ang ilbo's (shit or not) on fire in front of all of the upstairs doors and the wringing doorbells just about made a great start for the day! |
