| Does anybody have any info regarding opening a brokerage account in Seoul, what are the requirements (for a foreigner), commissions, taxes, etc? |

I started looking into this awhile ago, but have sinced shifted my investment goals elsewhere, but I did find that E trade is over here http://www.etrade.co.kr/en/index.html.
Beyond that, I'd recommend talking to a bank manager at KB or KEB or somewhere, who speaks good english and he can point you in the right direction. |
