Little help please anybody,

I'm playing Onimusha Dawn of dreams and I'm a bit stuck.

At the final stage when you do all the boss fights in a row, using all the characters seperately, I'm stuck on Ophelia.

I read a guide that said it's easy to kill her but I can't do it. I have a high-powered laser(AP 130) but her energy just keeps regenerating when I shoot her.

Any advice?
