can I cancel my own visa?> I have a new job and I really REALLY don't want to give a months notice to my current employer. Is it possible to cancel my own visa and then get a new one with the new school? Do I have to get a letter of release from my current school?

Is there an organization in Korea that I can talk to about all of my visa and contractual issues??

Has anyone here every quit their job and gotten a new one??

any help would be greatly appreciated!!

You don't own your visa.

Hence you need to be released from your obligation to it by your lord.

I mean master.

I mean landowner.

I mean governor.

I mean employer.

I meant cunt.

Turning in your ARC card and telling the imm official at the airport check that your no longer work for the school/company and will not be returning to Korea on the former visa should effectively "cancel" your visa.. Smile
