720-2 passes by migum station and goes to suwon station via namun.

700-2 as well, goes from Migeum to Suji to Suwon to Hwaseon. You get it in front of Subway sandwiches.

I sometimes look inside subway stations at the lists of buses at each exit, on signs near the staircase/escalator, telling where they go. Or look at signs at bus stops.

You could also ask people.

what about buying tickets to for the shuttle buses to the airport?

From Migeum you could walk to Ori and take the 60 or 660 (yellow busses) which go straight to the Suwon subway station.
