Hi all,
Since we have a car, I don't have any experience with pets on public transport. Does anyone know first hand what the rules are about pets travelling on the subway/bus/train in Korea? Of course I'm assuming the pets will be in a proper pet carrier.

| I took two cats in a carrier on the subway a few weeks ago. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. |

| You can't take dogs that are leashed- you can get away with it every now and then, but I've been disallowed entry, so the best thing to do is crate your pet. I've also taken taxis and tipped the driver if the dog was only on a leash- I made sure to carry tissues in case of slobbering or shedding^^ |

You're lucky. I had problems taking my shar pei on the subway- he's a bit bigger than your average rat dog. Never a problem with a mini dachshund or maltese: they weren't quite as noticeable, nor did they attract the kind of attention the shar pei did =) He was the coolest dog, ever~ |
