I am selling my Motorola StarTac cell phone because I will be upgrading to the new razor model. I bought this phone last year and paid about 350,000 for it because i didnt want to be locked into a contract. This phone works great and i've had no problems with it. It comes with 2 batteries. And yes has dual menus, english + korean
