|

Requirements:
-3/4 size with around a 42 inch string length.
-Adjustable bridge preferred
-Would be helpful if it were accessible by subway in Seoul
-Must be hand-carved with at least an ebony fingerboard.
I'm a Juilliard grad who needs to get himself a bass. I've checked out Nagwon so far and they were asking for some pretty steep prices for basses that obviously had not been looked at for over 6 months (if the layer of dust on them was any indication). I'll be checking out Seocho this weekend but I just want to widen my search a bit. If anyone has a double bass that they haven't played for awhile and are thinking of selling, please PM me with offers. Thanks! |

I think this thread will gather some serious dust before you get someone with a double bass sitting around to sell. |

Keep your eyes open around the dusty dumpsters in Seoul. You might save one being burned for firewood. Amazon for PRC or Czech Republic possibly best option. Let me know when you get it I've got a good rift for you. |
