Alright,

So I've been reading a lot of the topics on here, ESL-watch and a bunch of other message boards and have been talking to various recruiters and companies and I feel like I am just going in circles and not really getting any definite answers.

I know that Hagwon's are hard and long work, but where can I apply to public school positions or those that require 40 hours or less? I am willing to accept a little less pay for more free time. Also, every recruiting agency or recruiter or franchise I've looked up has gotten some very strong negative reviews. Am I looking in all the wrong places??

Also, since I do not know Korean or have any professional teaching experience, am I even able to get the type of position I am looking for? Ideally, I would like to teach adults or older children, teens English with an emphasis on Business applications, concepts, terminology, and etiquette. This would allow me to take advantage of my Finance and Real Estate degree. However, I am willing to teach regular English to younger students too, just not all Kindergartners.

I have decided that I want to work in Seoul. Hmm, the more I'm writing I am realizing this is not really a question, it's more like a venting of my frustrations (Haha).

But for real, where do I go from here? What's a good school or agency that does not discriminate and is straight up with you? I can deal with a fair amount of Bull shit, but not too much more than the next person.

Any help or advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated.
