awhile back someone posted some pics of korea in pre-colonial/colonial era. I can't find them. anyone have the link or can post here. thanks

Good call. There's a picture in particular that I've been trying to relocate.
It's a bit more recent, I think from the Korean War. A US tank out in front of
JanganMun in Suwon. Any vintage photo links are appreciated.

Do a search on EBay. There are lots of postcards etc for sale there. Just copy & paste the images.

I used to see a guy in Insa-dong selling lots of books from a stall on a side street, there were a lot of books with the old photos. Really cool stuff. I highly recommend you take a look around for him......

I remember one showing that tradional doctors tried to cure disease by writing people's names on their feet, some old pics of jongno, and some others around the time of colonialization. anyone remember which thread?

This guy was a photographer with the US Army during the war. He's got lots of old pictures from that time.
