How do Koreans make a call for a protest?

With the nuclear test there are even more protests than usual. Where do Koreans typically broadcast the fact that a protest is going to take place? I know they must do it over the internet somehow. Is there a website I can go to find a schedule of upcoming protests? hehe.

If you're Korean, you could easily register and find the right sites. But you're not so you won't be able to sign up.

Register to what? I've got an ID number that belongs to my friend's grandma so I can register to whatever.
