Since this thread served its purpose and has now descended into nothing more than mutual public masturbation, and I find that distasteful, I decided to change the title in an attempt to 'hide' it and let it die a natural death.

It's original title was:
Hmmm....suspicious, if you ask me.

It was about something that was important to me.

******************

Does anyone else find it suspicious that Spinoza was involved in a very controversial thread last night but did not appear live, as it were, until after the thread was locked?

Pretty convenient.

No, man, some times people just wander away from their computers and find other things to do. Not that it's ever happened to me...

LOL you just don't give up do you. Nambu tells you the post was authentic so you guess Spin and I are socks, I actually feel sorry for him on this. He made a stupid racist post and I called him on it. I couldn't believe he never came on here to comment on why he was throwing my religion and anti-semitic remarks in my face. But now, I don't care. His reluctance to defend his actions and then carry on posting as though nothing hapened told me what I need to know about him. I got snother pm today telling me that Spinoza briefly had a Nazi flag for his avatar until he was told to yank it. I won't be posting that PM because an innocent 3rd party is involved who just hapens to also be Jewish and had taken exception to it. So Spin obviously has issues with Jews but then so do most ignorant people.

Shalom

For me, the most important question is whether or not Hitler would have enjoyed listening to Slayer. He probably wouldn't have.

For parties interested in the edited post above, it said something very much like this:

His absence from the board during the controversy was due to being busy for maybe the only time in a year. The issue was dealt with between him and Nambucaveman (the mod). He wasn't going to clarify the mystery of whether he was drunk and stupid or stone cold sober and stupid. He thought re-visiting the issue was not necessary. He was now back to posting at his regular rate.

I'm pretty sure that is a fair summary, with some of the same words used in the OP. If someone has a more accurate recall, let me know and I'll edit in the corrections.

Nope, that is pretty much what it said.
