my laptop is in bad shape - some of the keys dont work (thus the bad punctuation in this post) and I need a new fan.
Any good places near Itaewon/Haebangchon for laptop repair? Itaewon? Yongsan market?
Thanks. |

Without knowing the manufacturer of your laptop it is a little difficult but your best bet is at Yongsan. On the 7th or 8th floor above Yongsan station there is a laptop repair guy. He is on an outside wall. You will have to walk around to find him.
Alternatively many of the laptop companies have service center places in Electroland. You may get lucky there and get reasonable cost repairs.
The older markets at Yongsan are typically closed on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Space 9 - i'Park (upstairs at the station) is usually open 7 days a week.
If it is an older laptop, you may be able to get a replacement for less money than your repairs. Entry level NEW laptops start around 700k won. |

Cheers for the advice. Computers - the all-time consumer ripoff. Buy a $2000 guitar, treat it right, and it will last you a lifetime. Buy a $2000 computer and you will be lucky if it lasts three years... |
