I am student at Harvard University working on an anthropology paper focusing on workplace conflict in South Korea. Through my personal experience as a former teacher in Seoul and reading of newspaper articles and on-line discussions, I am aware that some teachers find themselves disputing aspects of their contract with their employers. I would very much like to correspond by e-mail and/or speak by telephone with any individuals who have experienced contract-related conflict while teaching English in South Korea. Very few books or articles directly and rigorously address the nature of teaching English in South Korea, and�with your help�I aim to change that.
