Canadian bashing

To change the subject from the ongoing fight, I've learned that the best way to start an arguement with a Canadian is to say that Basketball and Bagels came from the U.S. Guaranteed someone will jump in and disagree vehemently. Fun stuff.

Seriously, the reason I've had problems with Canadians is the fact that I'm sitting there minding my business and some guy starts telling me off because of my country. I think the difference between the U.S. and Canada is we send our yahoos out of the country without college degrees, Canada pushes them through college and then sends them abroad.

I thought bagels were from the USA. My whole world is crumbling down around me. Confused
