I have 3 problems and was wondering if I could get some help.

1. After start up, I get the message: Imsclnst.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

2. On my task manager, I see "Project 1" about 30 times.

3. After about 40 minutes, my internet port seems to close and it's difficult to use.

Any advice would be appreciated.

The project 1 that you mention is almost surely a virus.

Have a google "Project 1 virus" and you'll see what I mean.

This website may provide you with some good info about staying clean.
