Try here:

http://www.kbl.or.kr/

If it's not there, try the Korean version of the site too.

Since you are in bucheon i am guessing you want to see the Incheon games(which play at bucheon)..

here is the Incheon BlackSlammers website
http://www.etblackslamer.com/

just press on game land and a schedule will pop up, there is a home game this Sunday against league leaders Changwon LG..

just a tip off though, incheon are sucking it up..coming last.

You have no idea and I know you don't like it when people criticize soccer, there are some Korea guys developing some nice post up and inside skills...how many games have you been to lately???

I get along to about 10-15 KBL games a season and find them highly entertaining and fun. if you can live with the reduced skill levels it is a great time and the games are still quite close..

As a matter of fact myself and 3 friends have just bought season tickets for the Changwon team down here and it should be a good laugh...first 2 game so far have been fantastic.

Foreigners are what bring the up the level of play a notch but I'd doubt you'd recognize any of their names.

How can you compare the KBL to the NBA.....

It is like comparing the K-league to the premier league...of course it isn't going to be as good but it is still entertaining.

Yes, there are 2 foreigners a team..I would put them at the level between NBA and the development league. Most have been drafted by NBA teams and some played a season or 2 but just couldn't cut it.....
The foreigners here are on the same level as the ones in europe so they are decent....

Yes, koreans(especially the younger ones0 like basketball and there are courts in lots of places....

There are foreigner and korean pick-up games around...

The KBL- not much of a pro league, but at least it's SOMETHING.

Betcha those coaches draw up the same play for EVERY situation- "Okay, inbound the ball, and get it to the black guy." Laughing

In the early days that was the case but in the last 3 or 4 years it goes to the best player at that time, there are a lot of decent Korean players now......Kim Joo Sung, Kim Sung hyun, Seo jang Hoon, Hyun Joo Yup, Bang Song Yoon are all decent players that cna play at the levels the foreigners do.

BTW...7000 won for 2nd and 3rd level and 12000 1st level courtside.

Gotta watch SOMETHING. There's no other REAL live sports going on, right now.

PLEASE- no more about soccer stupidity- a nil-nil tie between UpperManchester Willywonkas and the London Sillynannies is NOT worth watching.
