| Can anyone point me towards the forms or texts of letters that would be used to get permission to do a winter camp? |

Are you in a hogwan or public school?
From what I understand, your school just has to approve your teaching at the winter camp and they can get you the forms for immigration. |

So there's just a signature? And it will be a matter of my picking up the forms at immigration, so I assume its the "Permission to Engage in Activities Other Than Permitted by the Status of Sojourn" form that I need? It still looks like I need documentation from the two parties.

You may / will will need (depending on the immigration officer at the desk):
A letter giving permission from your current school (with their stamp on it).
A copy of your current schedule.
A copy of you current contract.
A copy of the new contract.
Your ARC.
Your Passport.
A filled in application form (they are all the same form now - just tick the box at the top of the page to indicate what you want)
Pay the fee ( w60k )
