I've had interviews with both the recruiter and the school. Just tonight, I spoke with a Korean teacher at the school. I'm waiting on the e-mail address of a former foreign teacher who was unavailable this morning. We've come to an agreement on the contract and I've stated that I will send my documents as I feel comfortable with this assignment.

Does this mean I have the job or am I being too presumptuous? I had two other recruiter calls this evening and a request to arrange another interview immediately. I'm not sure if the etiquette is to begin to auto-decline further offers or if I'm counting my chickens before they're hatched.

When you get visa issuance papers you most likely have the job.

When one of them sends you an airline ticket, you have the job for certain.

So, do you suggest I politely tell recruiters that I am unavailable or keep job hunting?

The biggest problem is not having multiple copies of my diploma to apply to more than one job at a time.

No - just let them know that you're considering other offers at the moment and aren't 100% sure.
