Anyone recommend a good brand here for multi-vitamins?

Go to Costco. They have their own brand, Kirkland. You can buy a 400 tab multivitamin for 15,000 won. Best deal in Korea.

If you don't have a Coscto card, ask other teachers and go with them.

Centrum. One-a-day multivitamins.

There's a regular supply at one of the small import stores near Busan.

Yes, Kirkland if you can go to Costco or have them delivered.

I went in to a local pharmacy and wrote the letter C down on a piece of paper. The pharmacist brought back this big silver box of 300 individually wrapped 1000 mg. pills for $14!

E was more expensive. $20 for 100 pills (1000 mg).

E, C and a multi should keep you healthy for a while.

I sometimes buy the amino acid tyrosine. I bought a couple of them at the local GNC. I was told at that GNC and another place that Tyrosine is not imported in Korea. Yet, the GNC did have them, but they discontinued providing them. The question is can I have a supply shipped to me with no problem or did they just simply stop importing them? I mean they are not a banned substance. It is an amino acid, after all.
