We do most of our shopping at Lotte Mart and everytime we get asked if we have a 'point card'. So we got one, but we're not sure how it works..we know that it works like a Tesco card ..but what is the point system like i.e. how much do you need to spend to get the points and how/when do you claim them? Does anyone have one that can help us out? Thanx!

I have one but, like you, I have no idea what can be gained by accumulating points.

I have one and evrytime I go shopping at Lotte Mart, and Lotte I give it to the person at check out;a smal % of your bill is turned into points which can be redeemed as cash.

After 6 months I finally found out what it means.

Its a point system. After reaching 200 (I was told) you receive
5 000 won-worth free thing of your choice. If you don't collect at 200, it accumulates and you can collect the value at any time.
Or, you can simply have that amount deducted from your bill.

Hardly worth it, I never usually bother with point cards but I guess if you have one already why not...

I shop at Lottemart, and others borrow my card when they go shopping. I have over 10,000 points. How much is that worth?

For their sake or yours?!~ I don't think the card gives any discount. I was under the impression that it was only for the owners benefit (to gain at some point in time) and therefore they're doing YOU a favor!!! kkk

Hmm, maybe I have the wrong numbers there. Perhaps I was misinformed and it is 20 000 points not 200 points....how long have you (and others) been using your card?
