I'm looking for a good Thanksgiving buffet in Seoul.
Any ideas?

If that does not pan out, where can I get a whole turkey at a decent price?
Yes, I have an oven.

I'd be interested in that as well. I know last year that Yonsei university did something, but I never got around to getting there. I don't think it was a buffet though.

I went to Gecko's Thanksgiving buffet last year and I highly recommend it. It's 30,000won a person and you need to make reservations in advance. Their phone number is 02-749-9425. This is for Gecko's Terrace which is across the street from Burger King, not to be confused with Gecko's Garden behind Hamilton Hotel.

This church near Gangnam station did something last year: http://english.sarang.org/ Not sure about the price, but you need to make a reservation. Tickets went very fast last time, and the place was packed. If I remember correctly the dinner was the weekend after Thanksgiving, not on the Thursday.

Yeah, it is a church, so it might not be your thing, but whatever . . . it was Thanksgiving.

I went to Gecko's last year for Christmas dinner and it was well worth it. My understanding is they do a buffet for both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll probably go again at Christmas.

I'm not so sure about nowadays, but in years past the Seaman's Center in Pusan used to have a Thanksgiving dinner every year.
