ok so i head out tomorrow

any last ninute tips before i go? any cant miss things to see or do?
anything i have to eat whilst there that i cant get elsewhere?

any and all info is much appreciated

btw, all the map/direction websites are so inconsistent, yahoo tells me the trip is 5 hours, google says closer to 7 and mapquest gives me an in-between of 6

it'll probably take longer for me anyways as i like rest areas and exploring them and im sure the scenery is lovely this time of year past the Adirondacks and i'll want to take pictures from the highway stops

Sounds exciting. Visit Hamilton in Ontario if you have time. We have lots of old factories here. Wink Safe trip.

Usually go there for the shopping and strippers but if you're coming from NYC...

Biodome at the Olympic complex is pretty neat, as is the insectarium and botanical garden (but probably too late in the season for that).
Old Port, Old City, St. Denis, Mt. Royal, etc. (i.e. the standard tourist fare).

Lots of strip clubs on St Catherine's...
Good chinese food at this big buffet house in China Town, can't remember the name.
I just like walking around and looking at stuff.
