Does anyone know what the blood alcohol limit in Korea is?
I think it is 0.08 for most states in the US.
I had a .45 BAL in Korea, however I only had one drink, so I am wondering if this would be 0.045 in the states, cause I know I was not 6 times over the limit.
However, the cops were nice, told me not to drink and drive and gave me my keys and sent me on my way. |

If you had a .45, you would probably not be typing anymore or doing any other physical activity. |

Is it really that low? Shit, I know some Koreans who really need to watch out and smarten up a bit (or keep a big role of W10,000 notes under seat to hand over to the man in blue should the need arise). |

What about those Korean men who sit outside drinking soju from 10 pm- 6 am seven days a week. Their BAL's must be close to 100%. |

This comment reminded me of the scene in "Enter the Dragon" where the evil boss guy shows the American dude his dungeon full of drunks that "dont care where they wake up anymore." Bah shanghaii bars have nothing on Korean Adjoshi! |

0.45
wow. You had too much blood in your alcohol stream. That's 45% dude. I think you meant 0.045.
If you get pulled over for drinking and driving (first you're an a$$hole) you can use the white guy card. Act as stupid as you can. You'll probably get off without a ticket/fine.
Most 'beat' cops don't speak English and they'd hate to call a superior/translator.
Next time you drink...leave the car at home genius. |
