I currently live in a 2 bedroom Villa in Oksu-dong. 400,000 won per month with 500 Mil Key Money, plus utilities which comes out to about 50,000 won per month. It is a semi-basement house. It's quiet and a mellow place to live. I am moving out at the end of November, since I am getting married so it will be available then. Let me know, if anyone is interested. |

When I was looking a few months ago I saw a bunch of places, usually basement apartments, in Haebanchon (next to Itaewon) for between 350 - 450 thousand won per mont and 1 or 2 mil key money. Problem is usually ventilation in these places though. |
Fart alot do you? That's alright. So do I. |

why would anyone tie up 500 thousand dollars in a freakin deposit. You could buy an apt in gangnam for that. BUY, not deposit. |

My place costs 350,000 won per months and it's got two bedrooms. Key money is 10,000,000 won. It's not new but its warm and spacious. It's in Seoul (garakdong). So yes your price range is possible. |
