She is just skinny fat.

She has no muscle underneath. Its mostly all fat otherwise most women would stop ovulating when they reach 13% body fat.

I've seen so many skinny Korean girls gas out on the littlest physical effort possible.

The obvious answer is she isn't healthy, and nobody cares.

I just wanted to check other opinions- I was pretty shocked to see how little she weighed, but I showed my husband, and he didn't bat an eye (I don't think he was paying much attention, either, though!!). Hmmm- someone mentioned ovulation stops at about 13% body fat. I'm trying to figure out how much weight I should lose after having my baby and still be healthy. My husband is a big fan of rail-thin model types, so I figure I'll shoot for 52 kilos or so. 44 kilos is just not an option- don't want to end up like Karen Carpenter.....

I'm 5'10" and about 160 pounds. If I dip much below that I start looking like Lindsay Lohan. I don't know how women can get that thin. I think bone density and muscle mass may have something to do with it. I just can't get that small unless I decide to stop eating altogether.

Most BMI scales doesn't take into account your muscle mass and bodyfat percentage.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/5297790.stm

I'm obese according to the above scale, but my bodyfat percentage is within the normal range (about 12-15 percent).

http://www.bmiscale.com/

(Got on 46 on this one)

You need something that takes into consideration your bodyfat and activity level.

Check this.

Based on the above scale, I'm just a couple of pounds over my ideal body weight for someone of my activity level.

I don't understand why she's so popular. Is anyone on this board into her (I'm probably asking on the wrong board...)?
