What are you entitled to if they tell you that the whole place is shutting down halfway through your contract?

What happens to housing deposits and pension and airfare?

Also, they pay me in the middle of the month and the school closes before the middle of the month.

basically...just get as much money as you can from your pay.

Housing deposits, pension and airfare...well I am 100% sure you won't see any of this. If the school is closing down it means they have no money and you can't get money out of nothing.

There is no harm in asking but expect the worst and hope for the best, don't put it off until when the school closes

I hope to hell you've been saving your cash. As Just Because said, it's unlikely you're going to see another won out of them. And if you got friends here, you may be relying on them for a bit.

But don't worry to much. If you're willing to travel around, you should have no problem getting a new job.

I think I'm close to the same situation. Gotta save up for a ticket home and then use the rest of the money to cover bare necessities.

They should pay you any and all outstanding money. If they have another branch and they don't pay, you can still redress the issue though the labour board. Organise your LOR and a letter signifying that they will pay you ASAP. Be nice, but be firm.

What is LOR?
The only thing I could think of is letter of resignation... but I'm not resigning, I'm being booted out.

But if you're not going to come back to Korea, I'm not sure if this is necessary (someone else can clarify).

Just try your best to negotiate as much money as you can get.

Hopefully someone can talk about pension . . . can you get your money back?

This is also a concern of mine at the moment. My school is losing students hand over fist. I'm not looking forward to working at xmas anyway, so it's in the lap of the Gods as far as I'm concerned.
