This is not a rant or looking to start bad mouthing korea...just the "facts" according to the gospel...the korean times...foreigners' views.
I'm sure we can all add something....both positive as well as constructive criticism.

I think he expressed himself fairly well. Not being white, he probably suffers more anti-foreigner sentiment than whites, yet he remained polite about it.

They aren't from India.

I noticed one negative they stated was motorbikes on the pavement. Where are they supposed to go, on the sidewalk?

It's possible he's British- or North-American-born, of Indian descent. There are plenty of Patels in the U.S. and England.

None of whom are more than a generation removed from India.

Just saying.

Perhaps, but they're certainly more likely to have Westernized sanitation standards.

Pavement = sidewalk (=footpath i.e. non-road (in my country at least)).

What I find amusinng are the comments by 'Komerican' after the article. Komerican calls the author Japanese and says this whole thing is part of a leftist English teacher agenda.

Almost like a teenage Filipina netizen going after Lee Jun Ki. Very Happy
