a new one for me (sigh).

Our elementary school just had "music and performance festival". I got up and played a song on the geetar. Got off stage.
Realized my zipper had been undone.
Luckily there was only the whole school population and about 200 parents and not any more.

No...thank heavens.
Unfortunately, I think I saw at least a dozen camera flashes.

I sense danger if that gets anywhere important.

Thanks for the chuckle.

Wore my favourite hat to work today. Was too lazy to put it away and it has been lying on my floor for the past 2 days.

When I took it off at work, 3 of my kittens favourite toys went flying off of the ribbon band and landed on my co-teacher's desk.

Embarassed Unfortunately my kittens' favourite toys are pieces of their old, hardened poo. Embarassed

My co-teacher was not impressed and I spent the rest of the day apologizing.

I don't let them per se but while I am at work they do their own thing since I am not around to police them.

When I get home I do a search for any that they may have played with and clean them up. While I am home I can stop them from doing so.

I guess because they were hidden in the hat I missed a few.

(Thank goodness they don't like the fresh ones....)

Moved into an apartment yesterday. Main attraction of apartment when I viewed was a western style toilet. Should explain I am now in the north of Turkey where foreigners are scarce and many homes have squat toilets.

Happily opened the bathroom door after a long journey only to find the toilet has no cistern haha. Managed to flush with a bucket in preference to using the squatter down the hall, but it wasn't ideal. Also there is no shower attachement in the 'shower'. Can't believe we didn't notice!

Stubbed my toe and broke it. I've been in a cast for 3 weeks now, during the best walking time of the year (finally cool enough, and the leaves are beautiful!) Crying or Very sad
