|
|
Hi there! Anyone know if north face outlet stores exist in Korea? Or do you perhaps know where I can get reasonably priced North face jackets off the internet that dont charge an arm and a leg for postage to Korea? I was going to use ebay, but there seems to be a lot of fakes advertised there. Thanx! |

With "outlet store" you mean a store that sells only Northface products and nothing else, right? There's one at Ilsan La Festa shopping mall and one in Myeongdong that I know of. There must be more, since Northface is so popular these days.
All department stores have Northface products as well. I've also visited one Northface store in a special outlet area (or what do you call it) but the prices were almost the same. |

Nope. Only hyper-expensive stuff here. |

Just use eBay and make sure its a reputable seller and the pictures match the north face web site. |

check out Rodeo Street in Munjeung (문정) near Garak Market Station.
They have a bunch of outlet stores there including Nike, Lacoste, Polo, and Northface.
Prices aren't bad, but I don't know if they have super way-gook-in sizes.
Are you pretty big guy? |

Up at the entrance to to the park near Dobongsan station, next to the North Face store, there is a store called the Red Face (I'm not kidding - I'm sure the reference is to soju swilling hikers) selling the same stuff. I haven't checked out the prices, but it probably is cheaper. |

Why don't you just go over to Beijing where you can buy the real thing for about a 100th of the store price.
Beware there are knock-offs but if you look around you can also find the real thing. Go to the silk market, that's where I got mine from. |
