I saw on their website that its only 60 odd dollar for the bundle and it's bargain in my opinion but I would like to know if anyone here used it (the full software, not the trial) and what you thought of it

The only thing I dont like is that you cant download it to your mp3 but I guess that's normal for software like that

Is there another program that let's you download the audio files to your mp3 except Pimsleur (too expensive)?

(Btw I downloaded the Pimsleur lessons 1-10 if you want a link for that)

I made the mistake of purchasing it...I had researched on torrent sites, and couldn't find it anywhere, so I think I paid about $30 for the dictionary and another one.....Overall it's not too bad, but you can find it available for download on emule or edonkey. getting the password to work can be a bit tricky, but i found the full version, and it was free....imo, if you want to help pay the software developers pay the $30-60, or just get it for free from emule

Not to condone anything, but if you were to search on Shareaza, you may be ablle to find if it is worthwhile or not!

Didn't use any of their programs except for their flashcards. That rocks. It is a great way to learn vocab. I don't know a better way. Dictionary sounds pretty useless since you can use free dictionaries online . Didn't try their Korean school program so I can't comment on that.

The Declan Korean Flashcards is great though. I learn vocab much faster using that program than carrying a stack of flashcards or whatever the other alternatives are.

I've used it and it's OK.

Randomized vocab is fine and there are also sound files so you can listen to and choose an answer as well as read and choose.

Some drawbacks though. Each level introduces a different set of words, but unless you do your own review there is no going back over what you have learnt. Also each level deals with a specific area and it becomes easy to guess the correct answer based on the level without really having to read the word.

Overall I would recommend it as a beginning to learn Hungal.

And as you question is not technology based (it is a question about educational pedagogy and other learners experience/preference), this is the correct forum.
