Is it wrong to post a negative reply about a school if you still work for that school? Could i really get in trouble for trying to warn someone who might be thinking about coming to said(or unsaid i guess) school? how can i properly warn them without without getting into hot water? My school has many many serious problems and i don't want anyone else to get suckered into coming here.

First, it's not slander, it's libel. Yes, technically you could but it's impossible if you use an anonymous name and post from a PC-bang on a US-based server.

What would be really wonderful if there was a US-based site Korean parents could view with everything translated.

Ever see what Korean courts award for libel suits? Damages are like $200. Chump change. I suppose the shame of losing is punishment enough.

i think we will just contact a former teacher who has just returned home and have him post a proper thread about the school, one that can include the schools name and location. Thanks for the help.

In America at least, to win a libel suit means proving that a falsehood was made. no falsehood, no libel.
