OK - I know that it's the last minute and realistically too late for anyone to try to do something with today. But here are some good-looking recipes for those into gourmet vegetarian cooking:

Baked Sweet Potatoes Stuffed with Cranberries, Pears, and Pecans

OK - Here are three links to vegetarian Thanksgiving recipes without any references to God ()

One of them does feature a main course called "Three Sisters' Stew" - but I think they were all vegan...

Sounds great, but I'm too lazy for all that gourmet stuff. Oh well, Canadian Thanksgiving was a while ago anyway.

Here's the Higher Taste cookbook online that I just discovered today. I brought twenty copies with me to Korea, and I've given most of them out to Seoul veggie club members. Apparently, they're coming out with a new updated version (which I'll have to order...)
