If you get DJ Shadow, you want "Endtroducing...." or "Preemptive Strike." His later stuff isn't that chilled.

Check out All India Radio.

Also, www.somafm.com. Listen to the "Groove Salad" radio.

Okay, okay, I'll be serious.

"To One in Paradise" - Alan Parsons Project

I'm too lazy to think of any other bands or songs at the moment. But this is a song that I listen to after work quite a bit.

In my opinion the electronic side of this genre really peaked in the first half of the 90's.

Some albums worth checking out:

The KLF "Chillout" 1990
The Orb "U.F.Orb" 1992
Amorphous Androgynous "Tales of Ephidrina" 1993
Aphex Twin "Selected Ambient Works" (85-92 & II) 1993 & 1994
Global Communication "76:14" 1994
Autechre "Amber" 1994
The Future Sound of London "Lifeforms" 1994

There's a lot of other amazing albums made in this genre but these are a good place to start from.

Enjoy.

Each to his own..... I like Korean Samalory. I know, I butchered it trying to spell it phonetically. It's a Korean traditional music.

The track is called "Fish", it's the final track on the "Keep it Unreal" album.

Trout are fish and have...underwater weapons.
Trout are very valuable and...immensely powerful.
Keep away from the trout!

Amphibious nostrils.
