So we're throwing a birthday party for someone in a bar near me. There'll be about 20 or so people there, and I'm trying to think up some party games to get things moving (at the request of the birthday girl of course).

The best one I have come up with so far is pass-the-parcel, where people have to do a 'dare' when they get the parcel.

Also, the one where someone has to say something they did, and then anyone who has done that thing - must take a drink. "I never had sex in a cab ... ) that kinda thing ...

Anyway, I'm getting desperate for embarrasing party dares and ideas ... so if anyone has any good ones don't require props and all that ... then let me know ...

what about this one:

everyone puts up 10 fingers (this is best done in the dark, if i remember correctly), and you take turns saying one thing you've never done. if anyone else has done that thing, they have to put one finger down. the first person with no fingers up is the... um... "winner" or "least innocent" perhaps.

what about: one person closes his/her eyes and someone else puts either a finger or toe under his/her nose and that person has to guess "finger" or "toe".

Used to play this one in uni with other students and a prof. It's called suck and blow. You have to pass a playing card from mouth to mouth with out using your hands. Obviously, M to F and F to M, with teams in a relay fashion. If you drop the card it has to go back to the front.

Couples try to pop balloons between their bodies.

Just a few ideas.

truth or dare jenga... only don't get the stupid pre-made one... find a plain jenga and write your own on the blocks, and of course, make a selection of exceedingly horrible things to do for the people that knock it over

King's Rule...

Even though, this is only good if up to 12 people are playing....

If 5 people are playing, put the cards 2,3,4,5 and King (n-1 + King) face down in front of everyone...Each person takes a card and looks at it, without showing it to anyone. Then the King throws his card down and declares....anything...

"#2 and #3 each do a shot"... "3,4, and 5, each take off their pants" "2 and 5 must make out for 30 seconds"....things like that..

Not sure if it can be classified as an "adult" game but my vote goes for "Goon of Fortune".
