Muscles.

Well apperantley thats the trend here according to the teachers in my school.

They went on this shpiel about how Beautiful men are more desirable. Then I just told them that 90% of foreigners think that these Metrosexuals look like Homosexuals (No offence to Homosexuals I think they have more style then the Korean Metro)

Any way my reply was "You don't know what your missing" Smile

I am rather a big person ofcourse I have also lost over 80 pounds in under 11 months and they were suprised that I could physicaly out endure all the Korean teachers on their little pathic mountian.

How could some one SO skinny be SO out of shape. Oh wait they like to starve them selves instead of working out.

Nope Muay Thai/ Kyuk Too Ki/Running/Weight lifting and high protein diet.

Do you think that dieting alone gives endurance/stamina/strength?

Made a thread about it "MUST GLOAT"

I wish I had seen the unedited version...^^

But all praise to Wrench. I still have 10 more kilos to go before I am happy. (8 off since September...)

So the K-Girls will looooooove me even more than before...now that I'm back in the States.

I think its insecurity amongst Korean Women. I think they think that if a men has more muscles and is more physically attractive they are more likely to cheat on them. I personally think these Metro's don't have enough testosterone to cheat on their women. It also gives them an excuse to let them selves go. Its the weird and mysterious Aggassi to Ajumma transformation after marriage.

LMAO!! You're awesome. I hope I can achieve even some of what you've done. I'm kind of muscular and have stamina and strength but I'm about 15-20lbs. overweight. I brought it down from 40 lbs over, but that was over a couple of years but it's stuck. I'd like to bring it down further now.

I've copied your advice to study again more closely. My co-teacher and I want to know if your 55 calorie Maxim count is for the light coffees.

I've found small, permanent changes help too. I decided to change the workout to lunch starting Dec. 1 ((flu/cold messed my workout schedule, but mornings and evenings suck anyway) and not buying the cafeteria plan anymore, just getting gimbab food post workout. Did you get many people writing you, taking you up on your offer for advice?

But I had to laugh at your MUST GLOAT. I would too.

And you're totally right about those emaciated wimps.

Well when your counting callories yes the Maxim coffee has to go.. Look at it this way the more callories you eat the bigger the a calorie defecit has to be, thus more time working out. (Not fun if your an out going person)

Yes I got couple people asking me for advice.

Keep in mind keep your Carbs low so White rice is your enemy. It takes a lot of changes and kicking out carbs from my diet was the hardest thing ever.

I don't know much, but why low carbs? Don't they provide energy you'll need to exercise? Or do you just get more protein instead?

Dude that is so lame. When are heteros going to stop generalizing about homos. It's not cool to say all homos are good dressers any more than it's cool to say all homos talk like Mr. Garrison.

Sorry, but I disagree with any diet that isn't "natural." Eat less, or more healthily, exercise more. Doesn't need to be more complex than that. Any regiment that ignores basic biology and balance is pretty likely to fail. It's more about basic habits than anything else.

Just my 2c.

If it works for you then Bully for you. I know what works for me, I have a diet tailored for my activies and the time I can spend at the gym.. If your saying that my diet has failed I would have to tell you that you are dead wrong. If 80 pounds of flubber is a failure I will take that failure over your success.
