An one-time mental patient tried yesterday to ram the Blue House press building in a car he had set ablaze, but he ran into an adjoining flower bed instead. Blue House security guards arrested the driver and handed him over to police.

Man, there are alot of former mental patients causing trouble in Korea these days. Could it be that they are letting them out a little early?

Any person who is arrested in this country is mentally disturbed, so anyone released from jail is a mental patient. Laughing

This man's particular beef with the Noh administration was that he was being harassed for unpaid parking tickets.
