Why are you asking a bunch of people on a message board? If this is a serious crime, I'm sure you're capable of finding a police station and (if necessary) a bilingual person to help you make the report. The crime happened in Korea, didn't it?

Dude, if it's truly a "horrible crime".... it's not rocket science.....suck it up and get down to a police station to report it.
