I bought a Cowon IAudio U2 player 1 GB for around 200 000. That was almost 2 years ago now, and after near daily use, the battery life is shot.
Is it economically worthwhile to replace the internal battery or should I just buy a new one?
I'm pretty happy with things as they are, outside the battery life. |

| This is why I only buy mp3 players that use AA or AAAs. |

I just bought a new 2 gig mp3 player for 80k at yongsan.
Do you really want to fart around trying to get a battery replacement? |

If you really want to keep your iAudio, one of the better players out there, I would go to the iAudio forum and I bet they have a FAQ on replacing the battery.

| Does it look like you can open the unit up and take the battery out easily? |

Generic Korean brand - Stormblue - but it has an English owners manual and English / Korean menus.
There were others in the same price range for 2 gigs as well. |
