I kinda chuckled at that one, too. Since when does Catholic Belgium, which broke off from Protestant Holland, have any room to lecture about religious tolerance? (Or Europeans in general.)

My larger point, and I don't want to get into this again so I'm just going to say my part and try my hardest not to respond, is that while Europe is looking outward at American religiosity, she is experiencing something of a religious "boom" within many of her states.
