We're taking off between semesters and we'd like to find someone to stay in our apt. in Itaewon (Dec. 15-about Feb. 25) for all or part of the time we're gone. It's a one-bedroom place, OK for a couple that gets along well or a single person. Has washer, oven, rooftop porch (obviously too cold to use for much now), great view. Fully furnished in the Korean style (futon, no bed, and mostly sit on the floor). You can use our internet with your laptop, TV/DVD. There's no cable.

There must be someone outside of Seoul living in a small town who would like to stay in Seoul during the break between semesters. It's a great location near the international restaurants and the buses to Eulchiro/Myeongdong/Namdaemun shopping areas.

We pay W500,000/month and we'd like to ask for 300,000 plus whatever utilities you use while you stay. The money would be nice, but it's also just to have someone to watch the place while we're gone, pick up the mail, water the plants. We don't have any pets, so there's no real inconvenience.

You should be a non-smoker, no pets, who doesn't need to park a car. We'd like some kind of reference if possible. We'll email some photos if you're interested.
