Is it possible to have a korean website converted into english somehow?

I'm trying to find used stuff for sale, but I live in Gunsan and it's all in korean,so it's hard

AltaVista Babelfish does a down and dirty translation, but is, uh, less than satisfying sometimes. This is the site students try when they cheat on their homework.

yahoo.co.kr had a good one, but I think for some reason, they took it down and made it into a pay site.
