The electric company's website mentions saving receipts for the Value Added Tax. Can anyone give me a brief description of why I need to save the receipts. Didn't someone say something about getting a refund? -Jeff

They misspelled it. It's the FAT. Foreigners' Added Tax.
The fee you must pay to enjoy anything in a foreign country.
