Since being in the UK, my wife loves traditional fish and chips. I am also quite partial to the battered fish.
Is there anything we can get in Seoul, which is either served as a dish or can be purchased and cooked at home?

The 3 Alley Pub in I'taewon-dong may serve them as may the Irish pub in back of Geckos Restaurant in the same 'hood.
Geckos used to serve them but I do not know if they still sell them. |

| Istanbul is good and there's another place dwon the road from there in Haebangchon called Indigo that does good fish and chips as well. |

I love the multinationality of this idea!!! An Aussie running a Turkish restaurant selling an English national dish in Korea.

| Go to the Wolfhound in Itaewon. Actually, I hate Itaewon, but they have great fish and chips (and pretty good bloody marys, which was what I was searching for). |

Wow, Itaewon it is for some fish 'n chips.
Thanks for all the excellent places. We just haven't been able to replicate the taste with our home cooking.
