Sorry to be clogging the board with useless conspiracy threads, but I'm curious how many people here think the the Controlled Demolition hypothesis is a credible explanation for the collapse of the twin towers and WTC 7.

Me, I agree with the demolition industry's analysis that all the available evidence contradicts the controlled demolition hypothesis.

Clearly a space-based weapon, GAJ!
But you're missing the big picture: the question isn't "how did WTC 07 collapse", it's "how did the aliens hypnotize everyone into forgetting they saw the beam, and when did they hook up with bin Laden"?

No joke! Dr Judy Wood, a mechanical engineer from Clemson University sees a gap in the current theory - a space-based energy weapon-sized gap!

Dr Judy Wood wrote:
All the data are consistent with a beam weapon. Take the round holes in buildings 5 and 6. A high-energy weapon by definition could cut into buildings, destroy material and leave discreet boundaries in the buildings. We have know of no other explanation that has been offered for these peculiar holes. Similarly, some 1,400 cars were toasted in inexplicable patterns, and no alternative explanation to energy wave reflections has been offered. As Sherlock Holmes declared,

"When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."

http://janedoe0911.tripod.com/StarWarsBeam7.html

"That's no moon. It's a space station."

Interestingly, with a BS in structural engineering and a PhD in mechanical engineering, Dr Wood has about the most relevant qualifications of any of those in the so-called '9/11 Truth Movement', and her analyses are widely cited by others who question the Impact-Fire theory of collapse. Some quality scholarship right there.

Ha ha, nice one.

Speaking of wood, I checked out about Krishna's rasa lila, and WOW that's some sexy stuff! People, enter 'rasa lila' into google image search if you want to know what kind of stuff Krishna is into, but careful - make sure 'safe search' is on if you're at work or if your wife gets jealous.

Anyway, what's your opinion on the issue in this thread, Rteacher? Your natural inclination is to jump on the soft-head conspiracy bandwagon regardless of evidence, but in this case I think you're just following the ISKCON line, whatever that happens to be.

First, there's certainly no official ISKCON line on politics (devotees range from conservative to liberal, including a few anarchists and conspiracy theorists...) Most mature devotees know that spiritual life is transcendental to (and more important than...) politics - which is always a dirty business...

Also, undertanding "rasa-lila" is not possible without first realizing that Krishna is the Supreme Lord. Those who think that spirtitual pastimes have anything to do with material lust are offensively ignorant and/or envious...

I personally suspect that it was a conspiracy of magicians (eg: David Blain, David Copperfield, Criss Angel...) who possibly had some Mafia connections (via Mario Cuomo and Guiliani...) What the videos don't show is that the twin towers were both levitated before they came crashing down ...

But certainly ISKCON would recognise the connection between the attacks and sectarian religion which murders in the name of God, no?

I voted other. I think the most plausible explanation is that the government used specially trained rats to run through the walls, installing a gridwork of explosives, which were detonated by a remote control made of cheese.

The trade towers never collapsed. They were moved over night by helicopters to a secret underground military base. The ones you saw collapse were paper-mache models built by the kindergarten children of CIA agents. A 1000 clowns were used to inflate giant oblong balloons which the children then covered with glue and newspaper(some of which already carried the news of the WTC's collapse!). The spaced based beam was simply a orbital hair dryer used to dry the paper-mache.

The original towers were then converted into helter-skelters for CIA family vacations.

Bin Laden never existed, they simple stuck a beard on one of the clowns and kicked him out in the desert.

The two planes were also paper-mache and contained candy , but were piloted by chimps who ate them all.

Rubbish. Read this account from Wookieepedia and then tell me you that the similarities between the Destruction of Alderaan and 9/11 are mere coincidence:

Aftermath of the Blast____________________________

"I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened." Obi-Wan Kenobi

The destruction of Alderaan failed in its psychological goal. Wiping out a peaceful, idyllic paradise caused great anger, even in the Core Worlds. The failure of the Empire to conceive an appropriate cover story only furthered the anger of many citizens. They did attempt to pin the destruction of Alderaan on the Rebel Alliance; however, few believed them. Rather than cow the galaxy before Palpatine, whole systems would soon revolt. The fall of the Galactic Empire had begun.

After the destruction of the Death Star, many systems not under military Imperial control either declared neutrality or joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

Before computers, there were a lot fewer conspriacy theories than there are now. I have my own conspiracy theory. I think computers soften the brain. Bill Gates et al are behind everything.

BTW, when somebody promises "exciting pole action" I don't think this thread is the kind of stuff they're looking for...

Yeah? Well look at the similarities between what 9/11 conspiracy theorists say and also what the media claims Muslim fundamentalists say about western society and/or 9/11 along with what Marvin Martian often says:

"You have made me very angry very angry indeed"

"Where's the Kaboom? There's supposed to be an Earth shattering Kaboom"

"Brace yourself for immediate disintegration"

"This insignificant planetoid has been found guilty of crimes against the universe"

from this credible site:

If you consider the fact that he's always trying to get his hands on uranium and other radioactive elements...well....
