Does anyone know if the phone jacks in korea are the same as the ones in the US? Could you bring a phone from the US and plug right in? |

No, they are like the old 4-pin ones in the US, but you can get a cord easily. |

1. New Korean homes usually have modular connectors, but there are still some places with the 4-pronged jacks.
2. You're not seriously thinking of lugging a phone to Korea, are you? I can't see the point, unless it's gold-plated and diamond-studded. In which case it will be confiscated by customs upon your arrival. Or by me upon your stepping out to hire a cab.
