Hey,
My school sometimes talks in riddles and there seems to be a bit of stress surrounding talking about vacation days.
Can someone confirm if Christmas Day is a public holiday, and if everyone doesn't have to work? Or is this down to each school?
Put me out of my misery, or I will have to make an issue and "talk" about it with my boss!
Thanks,
Tammie |

It is a red day - as in Korean National Holiday. You do NOT legally have to work on the 25th.
One caveat however, if you work for CDI you contracted your holidays away (albeit illegally) and you are on your own. |

Yes, Christmas Day is a Public Holiday. Unfortunately, they don't celebrate Boxing Day here so I will be back at school on the 26th a bit worse for wear
