EFL trainer...please follow the big bright letters on the blackboard....
Corporal was talking about evidence of the crime....not about the crime itself. |
Homer, why being an ass? And, sorry, but her "someone" was out to lunch. The girl herself went off in an ambulance, did she not? Guess her injuries were nothing? Nor her testimony? Nor that of possible other witnesses? Eh? Nor the continued assaults and belligerence of the alleged offender?
FYI, in case you aren't clear on the concept, being arrested is not equal to being convicted. There was more than enough for probable cause given the description of events. Hell, just the girl going off in an ambulance would be enough. |
Maybe he didn't rape her or try to. Did you even think of that? |
Urby, you've nothing to say. (1) Any time you post after me, that's a given. Let me state again, and try hard to wrap your mind around this: given what was stated in the OP, and only going on that (2) as it is the sole evidence here, there seemed ZERO doubt who the perp was. That was the point of the OP. All other possibilities aside, FROM THE EVIDENCE GIVEN, if true (which is ALSO a given - that it MAY NOT BE - you numbnut),(3) then there was far and away enough to ARREST him or AT THE VERY FRICKEN LEAST take him in for questioning.
Now, since this was already clear, (4) and you and I both know you did not follow my post to actually add to the conversation,(5) why don't you go spank yourself? |
(numbers are mine)
1. Watch the 'projection' (means don't accuse others of YOUR main glaring fault.
2. Right it is the SOLE evidence
3. As number 2 states it is the sole evidence I would doubt that it is enough. Are you a lawyer in Korea? Do you know what is considered "enough evidence"? Or are you just talking out of your ass here?
4. I followed your post to educate you and correct you. No don't thank me, consider it a public service.
5. Leave me out of your S&M fantasies in the future. Thank you. |

Are prostitution and street drugs legal or tolerated in Itaewon? Is it safe to explore such locales on foot as a Globetrekker or is it just best to avoid such places?
I explored the redlight districts of Europe, not to shop for a disease ridden dirty woman in sex slavery or drugs, but to just see what it's like and see what it's like I did. It made me cry when I met these young ladies face-to-face and walk outside to see homeless men laying in the street shooting yellow liquids into their veins with huge shot needles. I so badly wished I was a rich man who just takes these poor women out of a bad situation to a good home where they can be happy and safe, a place where they can be a whole person with self esteem, independence, dignity, and personal freedom.
So many young women are promised a legitimate job, money, and a respectable way of life by recruiter imposters in poor countries and are sucked into sex slavery through being traded by scum bag brokers selling them to pimps in developed countries like Germany (not to knock Germany, I love Germany). It's common to see Russian and African girls enslaved in western European countries. Those western Europeans sure need to take a stand for these poor young women commingled in the human meat market, but little is done. I just wonder if people are abducted and sold to private mad scientists to be used in horrid painful torturous experiments. Pretty scary. I bet almost anything that is possible we could think of, does indeed happen someplace in the world and is reality there. Be advised when Globetrekking and meeting up with strange dudes, even if your a dude. I am guessing that the abduction and trading of humans (usually for prostitution) is a global epidemic as old as the hills in over 100 different countries...
Uh, sorry, didn't mean to scare you off... |
